Affirmative Action Planning
Over the past months a number of members of the association have been working hard creating a Strategic Plan for the Association- in the hopes of building the current structure and aiming for the future. Thank you to all those involved!
With the Strategic Plan completed ( latest draft attached) and priorities set it is now time for some affirmative action. If you have a passion and would like to see hockey in Ballarat move forward please come along. This is all something we can do to give a little back

Hockey Ballarat Strategic Planning
Over 2007 Hockey Ballarat held various meetings regarding the upcoming 5 year plan. The next meeting is to be held 7:30pm May 12th, at Aquinas University in Mair Street.
One of the main focuses of the meeting is growth of competition and pitch redevelopment.
All members and interested parties are urged to attend the meeting to put forward their thoughts on how we can help each other to make this a stronger association and provide greater opportunities.
