Coaching Development

This Friday night (20th June) Hockey Ballarat are holding a coaches training and development session for all those interested. It is running at the turf from 6pm till 730pm.

Michael Poulton, who is a well respected member of the Hockey Ballarat Community and a long time player/coach, is running the session. It is a worthwhile training session to all coaches, and those interested in coaching. All Hockey Ballarat junior coaches, and Junior Country Week coaches must be in attendance.

Country Week Coaches Wanted

Each year Hockey Ballarat sends representative teams to Junior Country Week. This year the competition is being run over the weekend of the 28th & 29th June, and we currently plan on taking U/13 Mixed, U/15 B, U/15 G, U/17B, U/17G- though this is number dependant.

If you are interested in coaching teams for the weekend please let Kat know via admin@hockeyballarat.org.au.

Training sessions are proposed for 12th & 19th June, with trails running and 29th May & 5th June at 6pm

Ballarat Grammar- Coaches Wanted

Ballarat Grammar School currently have 2 junior girls teams entered in the Hockey Ballarat Junior Competition and are seeking coaches for one of the teams.

It requires a committment of one training session per week (Tuesday afternoons) and one game per week (Saturday mornings). If you are interested please contact Kat Bateman 0407 338 508
